All apartments are subsidized under a HUD mortgage, and supervised by the New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal. Initially, Applicants are qualified for occupancy primarily by family size and income level. Additional subsidies such as Section 8 and Rent Supplement may also apply depending on the personal circumstances of the Applicant. This is Equal Opportunity Housing.
Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, cooking gas, hi-speed Internet, parking, and the removal of rubbish, recyclables, and snow. There are 24/7 maintenance services and security, and a modern on-site laundry room.
Minimum one-year HUD leases apply to all units.
